This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid Fronty plans, add-ons, credits, and other paid Service features.
Paid transactions are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. Paddle handles checkout, receipts, invoices, applicable transaction taxes, refunds, and payment disputes under Paddle's buyer terms. Fronty may approve, deny, or help investigate refund requests, but the mechanics of issuing refunds are handled through Paddle.
1.1 You may cancel a subscription through the Paddle buyer portal, the billing/account flow made available in Fronty, or by contacting us at [email protected].
1.2 Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required by law or expressly approved, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
1.3 We generally do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
1.4 If you were charged in error, could not access a paid feature because of a material unresolved Service failure, or believe a charge is incorrect, contact us promptly so we can review the issue with Paddle.
2.1 Credits, including AI or "polish" credits, are a limited license to use paid Service features. They are not cash, stored value, or currency.
2.2 Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase at our discretion, subject to Paddle's process and mandatory law.
2.3 Consumed credits are generally non-refundable because the corresponding AI, processing, or Service work has already been performed and third-party costs may already have been incurred.
2.4 If a paid AI or processing job fails because of a confirmed Fronty-side error, we may restore the affected credits or provide another appropriate remedy. Restored credits are not the same as a cash refund.
2.5 Credits expire only if an expiration period is stated at checkout, in the app, or in the relevant plan or credit-pack description.
The free tier, free trials, promotional credits, beta access, and no-charge usage are provided at no cost and are not refundable.
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory withdrawal or refund rights, those rights apply despite this policy.
For digital services or digital content that begin immediately, you may be asked at checkout to consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed or credits have been consumed, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method through Paddle unless Paddle or applicable law requires another process.
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can investigate with Paddle. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute may cause Paddle or Fronty to limit the related paid features, subscription, credits, or account access while the dispute is pending. This does not limit any mandatory right you may have to dispute a transaction with your payment provider.
