Effective date: June 6, 2026
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of Fronty, including the websites at fronty.com, the app at app.fronty.com, Fronty-hosted sites, APIs, editors, AI features, hosting, custom-domain features, content/database features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
The Service is operated by Fronty, Inc., 6412 Matilija Ave #206, Van Nuys, CA 91401, United States ("Fronty", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, purchasing a plan or credits, or publishing a site through Fronty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.1 You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with consent from a parent or legal guardian.
1.2 You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account, workspaces, sites, domains, and team-member permissions. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.
1.3 You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information and keep it current.
1.4 If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "Customer" refer to that organization.
2.1 Fronty is an AI-assisted website builder and hosting platform. It lets users upload designs, screenshots, images, prompts, and other content; generate and edit HTML/CSS and related site content; manage websites, pages, domains, workspaces, team members, and content collections; and publish sites through Fronty-hosted domains, custom domains, or exported code.
2.2 We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will provide reasonable notice for material adverse changes when practicable, but we may act immediately for security, legal, abuse-prevention, or operational reasons.
2.3 Some features may be free, paid, usage-limited, invite-only, beta, or unavailable in certain regions. Beta or experimental features are provided for evaluation and may change or be removed at any time.
3.1 The Service may use artificial intelligence, including third-party AI providers, to generate, transform, polish, or analyze code, markup, layout, text, images, and other materials ("AI Output") from your prompts, uploaded designs, screenshots, pages, content, and other inputs ("Inputs").
3.2 AI Output is provided "as is." It may be inaccurate, incomplete, non-original, unsafe, inaccessible, insecure, non-compliant, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, editing, and deciding whether to use or publish AI Output.
3.3 You represent that you have all rights needed to submit your Inputs and to use the resulting AI Output, and that your Inputs and use of AI Output do not violate law or third-party rights.
3.4 We do not guarantee that AI Output is unique, free from third-party rights, valid HTML/CSS, compliant with any accessibility, privacy, consumer-protection, advertising, or industry-specific requirement, or fit for a particular purpose.
3.5 As between you and Fronty, you own the Customer Content and project-specific AI Output generated for your site, subject to these Terms, our rights in the Service, and any third-party components, open-source software, fonts, libraries, or assets included in or referenced by the output.
4.1 "Customer Content" means the websites, pages, uploaded designs, screenshots, images, text, data, databases, files, domains, prompts, configuration, and other materials that you submit to, create with, store in, or publish through the Service.
4.2 You retain ownership of your Customer Content. You grant Fronty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transform, scan, transmit, display, and otherwise use Customer Content solely to operate, provide, secure, support, troubleshoot, improve, and enforce the Service and these Terms.
4.3 This license ends when you delete the Customer Content or close your account, except that copies may persist for a limited time in backups, logs, audit records, security systems, or legal/compliance records.
4.4 The Service, including Fronty's platform, software, AI workflows, editor, infrastructure, templates, components, runtime, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Fronty or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as permitted by these Terms.
4.5 You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.
4.6 If your plan requires a "Powered by Fronty" or similar badge, you may not remove, hide, alter, or interfere with that badge except as permitted by your plan.
4.7 We may use suggestions, feedback, and ideas you provide without restriction or compensation.
5.1 You are responsible for all Customer Content, sites, domains, pages, forms, databases, emails, and other materials you publish or make available through the Service.
5.2 If you collect personal data from visitors to your Fronty-generated or Fronty-hosted site, you are responsible for providing any required privacy notice, cookie notice, consent mechanism, terms, disclosures, and legal basis for that collection.
5.3 You are responsible for the products, services, claims, advertisements, offers, and transactions made through your sites. Fronty is not responsible for your relationship with your site visitors, customers, or end users.
5.4 You must maintain appropriate backups of important Customer Content. We may provide export or backup features, but we do not guarantee that any content can always be recovered.
6.1 You may not create, upload, host, publish, transmit, or distribute Customer Content that:
6.2 You may not:
6.3 If you publish a site through Fronty, you must provide accurate identity, contact, pricing, refund, privacy, cookie, and legal disclosures where required; obtain rights to all content, images, designs, fonts, trademarks, domains, and data you use; and comply with applicable consumer-protection, advertising, e-commerce, accessibility, privacy, anti-spam, and industry-specific rules.
6.4 We may scan, review, remove, disable, or suspend Customer Content, pages, sites, domains, accounts, or features that we believe violate these Terms, third-party rights, law, or security requirements.
6.5 We may act without prior notice where necessary to address malware, phishing, fraud, spam, intellectual-property complaints, data exposure, child-safety risks, legal demands, service abuse, or harm to Fronty, users, visitors, or third parties.
6.6 Report abuse, phishing, malware, spam, rights violations, or other policy issues to [email protected]. Include the URL, account or domain if known, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
7.1 Fronty respects intellectual-property rights and expects users to do the same. We may suspend or terminate accounts, sites, pages, domains, or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or other intellectual-property rights.
7.2 Copyright notices should be sent to:
Fronty, Inc. - Copyright Agent
6412 Matilija Ave #206
Van Nuys, CA 91401
United States
Email: [email protected]
7.3 To report alleged copyright infringement, send a written notice containing:
7.4 When we receive a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the affected user where reasonable, and take other action we consider appropriate.
7.5 If your material was removed or disabled and you believe that was due to mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice containing:
7.6 If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant tells us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
7.7 Knowingly submitting a materially false notice or counter-notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. We may also respond to trademark, publicity, privacy, counterfeit, EU notice-and-action, or other rights complaints sent to [email protected].
8.1 Paid transactions are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for purchases made through Paddle checkout. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, receipts, invoices, applicable transaction taxes, payment disputes, and payment-related buyer support under Paddle's buyer terms.
8.2 Fronty provides and licenses the Service. Your purchase may be subject both to these Terms and to Paddle's buyer terms, checkout disclosures, tax treatment, and refund mechanics.
8.3 Paid plans may include subscriptions, feature entitlements, add-ons, usage limits, custom-domain features, code export, hosting, AI usage, or other features shown at checkout or in the app.
8.4 Credits, including AI or "polish" credits, are a limited license to use paid Service features. Credits have no cash value, are not currency, are not stored value, are non-transferable, and may be used only within the Service. Credits expire only if stated at checkout, in the app, or in a plan description.
8.5 Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel through the Paddle buyer portal, the account/billing flow made available in the Service, or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved under our Refund Policy.
8.6 We may change prices, plans, features, limits, or credit packs prospectively. For subscription price changes, we will provide notice before the change applies to your next renewal where required.
8.7 Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle's applicable buyer terms and refund process, and mandatory consumer laws.
9.1 If you connect a custom domain, configure DNS, use Cloudflare-backed custom-hostname features, connect third-party accounts, or publish through external services, you are responsible for your rights to those domains and accounts and for complying with third-party terms.
9.2 We are not responsible for domain registrars, DNS providers, email providers, browsers, payment providers, AI providers, cloud providers, or other third-party services, even when the Service integrates with them.
9.3 Domain, DNS, SSL/TLS, hosting, and email-delivery features may depend on third-party infrastructure and may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable due to DNS propagation, provider outages, misconfiguration, abuse controls, or legal restrictions.
10.1 You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion by contacting [email protected].
10.2 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, or any site, page, domain, feature, or content, if we believe you breached these Terms, created legal or security risk, failed to pay amounts due, caused chargebacks or payment disputes, violated third-party rights, or used the Service in a way that may harm Fronty, users, visitors, or third parties.
10.3 On termination, your right to access and use the Service ends. Where lawful and feasible, we may provide a reasonable opportunity to export Customer Content. After that period, we may delete Customer Content, subject to backups, logs, legal obligations, security records, and payment records.
10.4 Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15 survive termination.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, AI Output, hosting, generated code, templates, integrations, and all related materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
11.2 We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and compliance with any law, standard, accessibility requirement, search-engine requirement, or platform policy.
11.3 We do not guarantee any specific result, conversion quality, generated-code quality, hosting uptime, SEO ranking, accessibility score, performance score, revenue, traffic, conversion rate, or business outcome.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fronty and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, security incidents involving your content, or the cost of substitute services.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fronty's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts paid for the Service through Paddle and attributable to your use of Fronty during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fronty and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to: (a) Customer Content; (b) your sites, domains, visitors, customers, products, services, or transactions; (c) your use of the Service; (d) your breach of these Terms; (e) your violation of law; or (f) your infringement or misappropriation of third-party rights.
14.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14.2 Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
14.3 If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights in your country or state of residence that these Terms cannot limit.
15.1 We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
15.2 If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
15.3 You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law.
15.4 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and checkout disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and Fronty regarding the Service.
15.5 Notices and questions may be sent to: Fronty, Inc., 6412 Matilija Ave #206, Van Nuys, CA 91401, United States; Email: info [at] fronty [dot] com.
